Incident Response Analyst (P0 Team)

Responsibilities

Monitor alerts and dashboards, and triage incoming production issues by severity.
Support investigation and resolution of P0/P1 incidents under guidance.
Communicate incident status and updates to internal stakeholders and the CSD team.
Assist with postmortem documentation and tracking of action items to closure.
Maintain incident logs, runbooks, and the team knowledge base.
Participate in the on-call rotation to provide US-hours coverage.
