Dashboards Show What Happened. Marketers Need to Know Why, and What to Do Next.
Every LiftLab customer has access to powerful measurement data. Most spend hours correlating it manually across time periods, channels, and dimensions before they can answer a single performance question.
THE PROBLEM
Marketing teams regularly need answers to questions like “which channels drove my revenue change last quarter?” or “how should I allocate my $500K Q4 budget?” Without Miles, answering these requires pulling multiple reports, cross-referencing time periods, and either waiting for analyst time or building the analysis manually. The insight exists in LiftLab’s data. The bottleneck is access.
“When I need a quick answer, I have to leave what I’m doing, navigate several dashboard views, and manually piece together the picture. By the time I have an answer, the context has changed.”
THE SOLUTION
Miles is integrated into LiftLab Insights as a persistent copilot. When you have a question while using the Compare dashboard, you can ask it immediately. Miles processes your query using your LiftLab data and the same measurement engine as your dashboards, delivering a comprehensive answer in under 30 seconds. No analyst, dashboard navigation, or manual data compilation is required.
“Rather than clicking through filters and manually correlating data across time periods, you can ask complex analytical questions in plain language and receive comprehensive answers that connect multiple data points.”

Miles handles three distinct classes of marketing intelligence — each powered by LiftLab's measurement engine, none requiring you to leave your workflow.
Rather than manually filtering dashboards and correlating data across channels and time periods, you can ask Miles to do it for you. Miles provides comprehensive answers to complex queries, using the analytical language your team prefers.

Data security is the primary enterprise concern with AI analytics tools. Miles ensures that raw marketing data is never transmitted to external AI systems; only natural language formatting occurs outside LiftLab’s environment.
Raw marketing data, campaign metrics, and business information are never sent to external AI systems. Only embeddings and natural-language placeholders are sent to Azure OpenAI for response formatting. All factual calculations are performed within LiftLab’s secure infrastructure.
Miles uses the same authentication, permissions, and data boundaries as your existing LiftLab platform, including single sign-on, two-factor authentication, and your current access controls. Users can only access data they are already authorized to view. No separate login or additional security layers are required.
Customer data is completely private and isolated within your dedicated LiftLab environment. No data, insights, or analysis is shared between customer accounts. The same data segregation architecture that protects your dashboards protects Miles.
Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI infrastructure is used exclusively for natural language formatting and does not receive or process your marketing data. Data residency remains within your selected geographic boundaries, meeting compliance requirements for regulated enterprise environments.

Miles supports two primary user profiles: marketing leaders who require faster insights and CSMs who need to scale their expertise across a growing client base.
Receive immediate answers to performance questions, executive-ready summary reports, and scenario outputs in contribution margin language, all within the Insights workflow and without waiting for analyst availability.
Automated executive summaries following LiftLab’s proven framework, consistent quality across all clients, and a codified institutional knowledge base that makes every CSM as effective as the most experienced one on the team.
These aren't hypotheticals. They're the exact questions marketing managers ask during campaign reviews, budget planning sessions, and executive prep — now answered in 30 seconds.
