		<description>we've had a related conversation at work about nomenclature and found that most people consider "design thinking" to be more about designing interfaces, visuals, or furniture. i suggested that "process design" might make it more clear that it's more about adjusting the thought process behind any sort of complicated endeavor :)</description>
