I am not from Mexico, but I can read a price of a tortuga (turtle in English) there; c/u means “cada una”, in English “each one”. I am not sure what tortuga refers to, it might be referring to the real tortuga (turtle) or other things, for instance, a food (in my country we call tortuga to a special kind of sandwich). In sum, not wired at all, just a sticky-note in Spanish!

there are some times used as a code language for robberies.
symbols, words and numbers represent family members, hours the venue is alone and the estimated value of the loot.

although being a post-it it doesn’t seem to be the intention. most of that kind of practice has been since with chalk or graffiti.

Either that or we will have a new featured in mexico’s most stupid robbers.
