Ciao Nicolas,
I think your team has done a very good job during the workshop.

I found that the goals u described at the end of the workshop, and on your final poster, are really important to define new User Experiences related to the way of working and sharing knowledge.

P.S. I collected some pictures about the workshop. Here u find the making of the poster:

Hehe, welcome to the underground club of work-related experts :) By the way, and concerning nomadic work, it seems that the myth of liberating ourselves from "domesticity" does not match the reality principle. People at work often prefer having their own workplace (which they can decorate/personalize) intstead of anonymous tables & wires. Here it's an identity issue at work. When we loose rituals at work, we also loose inner sense!

Blurring the gab between home & work looks like a subtle way to disguise another business-like dream: make people available whenever projects require them to be... In doing so, have we still a private life anymore? Plus it all depends on the reality of your daily and real professional activity. Workplaces should be designed after an ergonomic study that helps revealing individual/collective activities at work. It's like discovering what's at stakes before any system development process.

Nomadic Work = nomadic worker = flexible worker = replaceable worker = Precarious Work ? Just some thoughts...
