While out walking our dog a few days ago we met another owner of a Golden Retriever. We compared the training and behavior of our respective dogs, and his wild puppy, he said, was known for “counter-surfing” - putting his front paws on the counter and just pulling whatever food and other stuff he could get.
I’m not sure I had heard that term before.
No, it’s nothing to do with technology, but with the use of the term “-surfing” to describe different sorts of behaviors.
