Une nouvelle intrigante, trouvée chez JLR: HEC Paris serait sur le point de se mettre à enseigner le management éthique. Du progrès, mais quelques cours peuvent-ils vraiment faire changer les mentalités?

Un enseignement “Management Alter” pourrait être proposé aux élèves de HEC Paris dès la rentrée 2006, pour contribuer au renouvellement des pratiques managériales et mieux prendre en compte leurs aspects sociaux, éthiques et environnementaux. Un pari audacieux conduit par une poignée de professeurs chercheurs, convaincus de la nécessité d’une alternative à l’entrepreneuriat d’aujourd’hui… enseigné à HEC.
