For us in Switzerland this kind of competition-favoring move is unthinkable... unfortunately. Good to see Holland going that way, it's unavoidable anyway so you will save some time... (See http://www.xs4all.nl/en/allediensten/bellen/index.php) I have no idea how succesful this service is, but I'm happily using it. So maybe the Netherlands is a laboratory for Korean society ;-) And than again, maybe not... Hi Laurent,
