Lasy year,I visited London for a conference and had a chance to demonstrate the Korean Mobile TV to the conference participants. Their response was quite interesting as they all agreed that they did not expect such a good quality in mobile handset. I wrote little longer on this incident at my company’s homepage. http://www.veyond.com/exclusive/veyondinmedia.html

Do you mean that mobile TV should not be called mobile because it is not operated by our beloved monopolistic operators ;) ?

But is DMB, or indeed DVB-M really “mobile TV” in the sense that mobile operators dream of (i.e use up all that 3G bandwidth watching “TV” – whatever TV means these days)

I don’t think so.
