Happy to see Sony, who clearly crossed some lines they should not have crossed, being forced to react to an issue that popped out of…the blogosphere.
It is really a better world when consumers finally have a medium they can use to get together and build a voice as strong (stronger?) than the one of big corporations.

Free music downloads and cash refunds could soon be offered to owners of Sony BMG CDs loaded with controversial anti-piracy software.

Nice one, to follow closely to ensure what they claim they will do to cover this “PR disaster” (I’m quoting the BBC) will in fact happens.
