Facts on corporate blogging

It is report day in here ;-)
The latest I just printed is the Corporate Blogging 2005 that the people from backbonemedia just released. I did not finish reading the whole thing yet but it seems to contain some useful findings and figures that people working on the matter could use extensively.

[…] corporate blogs are giving established corporations and obscure brands the ability to connect with their audiences on a personal level, build trust, collect valuable feedback and foster strengthened relationships while and at the same time benefiting in ways that are tangible to the sales and marketing side of the business.
