		<description>I&#8217;m not sure exactly what I was screaming, but I &lt;em&gt;meant&lt;/em&gt; to scream that there is no &lt;em&gt;formal&lt;/em&gt; difference between metadata and data: If I search for an author by looking for the book that contains the phrase &#8220;to be or not to be,&#8221; the book content is metadata; if I search for the phrase &#8220;to be or not to be&#8221; by looking for the author, the book content is the data and the author has become the metadata. So, there&#8217;s a difference, but it&#8217;s functional or operational; you can&#8217;t tell just by looking at &#8220;to be or not to be&#8221; whether it&#8217;s a datum or a metadatum.&lt;br /&gt;
