How we work

We work to understand the always evolving human capital needs of the industries we serve. According to the level of the position, we use the following approach:

Understand your objectives
• Create consensus with client about responsibilities, mission, compensation, title, etc.
• Meet with the appropriate Lift Individuals Partners to map out a research plan
• If necessary, review the research plan with client

Start the research
• Meet and rank candidates based on pre-determined criteria agreed with client
• Provide a list of candidates (resumes and necessary information) to client
• Review the different profiles with client

Receive client feedback
• Possible more rigorous checks on selected candidates
• Assist client at all possible and necessary levels to close candidate
• Assist candidate
• Follow-up with client and candidate

Jean-Daniel Sciboz has been in financial executive search industry for the last 3 years. He has conducted many recruitment missions and senior level mandates with a strong specialization in recruiting entire teams. Prior to joining the head hunting industry, Jean-Daniel spent 5 years in wealth management for a leading Swiss bank.
